Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you change your mind, we do not offer a refund. We do offer an exchange or a store credit provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase
  • You provide your original purchase receipt
  • The item is returned in the original packaging.

Lay-By Policy

  • Cancellation or non-payment of the lay-by will incur a charge of 20% of the total value of the lay-by.
  • Payments are required every 14 days or as per payment schedule.
  • 4,8 or 12 week lay-by terms are available

Other Returns

We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Items that require assessment for a warranty claim will be submitted by Chain Reaction, But the final decision / outcome is by the Australian distributor of the product, not by Chain Reaction.
